About Us
Maori Experiences was created by Kiley Nepia as a way to showcase Maori culture to the world. Maori Experiences has two main divisions, Maori Tourism and Maori Development. Kiley believes this is a sustainable business model.

Maori Tourism
Kiley believes that there is a growing market to provide unique and educational Maori experiences where guests can experience Maori culture and contemporary Maori lifestyles in a natural setting. “The more informed tourist knows what is real and what isn’t, they want to spend time with you and experience our culture.”

Cultural Development
Maori Experiences offers a range of cultural development services from project management through to cultural workshops.“I love working with our people and watching them reach their potential.”

Kiley's love for sharing his culture was nurtured on the marae where hosting visitors, making them feel welcome and creating new friendships comes naturally. “Being brought up on the marae, you are taught to be a good host and ambassador for your people. These are the values I want to pass down to my children.”

“On September 2012 Indulge Marlborough took place, a high end event showcasing Marlborough’s World class wine, fashion from leading New Zealand designers.

We had asked Kiley Nepia and his team to provide a Haka Powhiri and Warrior escort to open the event and lead in the new 2012 Sauvignon Blanc’s from each of our wineries.

What Kiley and his team did was nothing short of breath taking; the energy and professionalism shown by his team set the tone for the night. Many of our guest commented on the spine tingling show that was performed. We look forward to using Kiley and his team again”..
