Come and experience a wine tour with a difference on our exclusive indigenous wine tour. Learn how Maori have woven traditional values and innovative techniques to produce award winning Tohu Wines, New Zealand’s premier indigenous wine company.

Visit an old pa site and be transported back 800 years ago to the arrival of our Polynesian ancestors the Moa hunter people and gain an insight into their world and spiritual connection to the land. Journey up into the Awatere Valley to the Tohu wines vineyard where you will sample award winning wines, and learn about their sustainable practices which are based on traditional Maori values.

  • Complimentary pick-ups from and to the Blenheim iSITE, and accommodation places within the Blenheim CBD, can be arranged for up to 8 people
